Integral Board Game Simulation as a Workshop

 

The game simulation was developed by Jochen Messner, Michael Fuchs and Kesja Erdmann on the basis of proven stage development models (including those by Graves, Kegan and Cook-Greuter) and many years of integral consulting practice. The participants are trained in a playful way to cope with the complexity of modern times. They experience and internalize how it is possible to adapt their consciousness, their way of thinking and their behavior patterns to changes in the environment in a situation-appropriate manner.

Internationally respected, the GlobalCommunityGame© offers development opportunities for all sectors and types of companies. Education, NGOs, industry or health - everyone benefits from the power of insights into the latest, socially relevant topics of the new value economy, co-creation, innovation, diversity and new leadership. Internal or mixed groups of 15 people or more are possible, right up to large events with several hundred participants.

During a two-day live event, participants will go through 50,000 years of human history, experiencing various evolutionary levels of values and consciousness as well as different forms of organization in real time.

 

As the participants follow the game and lead the world into the age of a new economy, the bright and dark sides of the specific values and behavior patterns they have experienced are revealed. Through the playful, intensive didactics, they are enabled to experience feelings such as strength, privilege, opportunity, risk, weakness, discrimination, crisis, powerlessness, loss, but also clarity, relief and real cooperation. They are trained to cope with situationally changing challenges, to recognize unpredictability and to solve them cooperatively.
